We’re delighted to bring you our Spring newsletter just before we all head off to relax and enjoy the long Easter weekend.
In this issue, we have included some useful hints and tips on easy maintenance to carry out on your home this season, recipes that use some lovely Spring vegetable and our latest composite door from Apeer.
With James Maggs joining our sales team, our newly refurbished showroom now being complete and some new products, we’ve had a busy start to 2019.
Without further ado, here is our Spring newsletter. Feel free to ask any questions and let us know what you think.
Back in February we were approached by a family living in Luckington, in the Cotswolds, who had recently moved into their new home. They were increasingly concerned by the poor standard of their front door and were keen to get a free quote for a brand new Composite Door instead.
They felt the existing front door offered little in the way of security, which caused additional worry and had a badly painted finish, that was starting to peel away, having only been painted by the previous owners just months previous. Irritatingly for them there was no letterbox, door knocker or spyhole and the door had been fitted poorly allowing cold air to seep in to their home, increasing their fuel heating bills.
With all the uncertainties of how the economy is going to fair in the wake of Brexit it wouldn’t be surprising if either maintaining or increasing the value of your property was not foremost on your mind.
However, adding value doesn’t mean you need to break the bank. Sometimes it’s just a case of maintaining what you currently have or touching up areas in the house and garden for a small cost that can really make a difference
Read on below for 5 different ways you can help add value to your property without breaking the bank.
